Mr. Diggins has assisted in the implementation of site specific field sampling plans for pre-renovation and pre-demolition hazardous materials surveys and has provided asbestos abatement project monitoring with on-site analytical support. This work includes the sampling of the built environment for asbestos, lead-based paint, mercury, PCBs, and low-level radioactive devices. He has experience in the collection and characterization of volatile and semivolatile organic compounds, inorganic compounds and explosive residue in soil and groundwater.
