Mr. Twilley provides quality asbestos, health and safety compliance training programs for workers in a variety of formats throughout the United States and abroad. Mr. Twilley also performs asbestos surveys, prepares management plans, provides project design and asbestos abatement project monitoring with analytical support. In addition to asbestos consulting, he has extensive experience with environmental assessments, safety and environmental compliance audits, indoor air quality evaluations, stormwater pollution prevention programs, and hazardous waste remediation. He was a voting committee member of the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) development of the Model Guide Specifications for Asbestos Abatement and Management in Buildings; the Guidance Manual for Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Work Practices, and the Lead-Based Paint Operations & Maintenance Work Practice Manual for Homes and Buildings.
